There’s a loud buzzing/humming noise coming from under the hood that started out of no where. Starts the moment I start the car, in idle, while driving. I recently had my expansion tank/reservoir crack, so I replaced it. When I turned the car on after it went away for about 15-30 seconds then came right back. Anybody have any suggestions? If anyone would like me to send a video/audio of the sound let me know.
