okay so i lost both of my keys (long drunken night) and i finally got a new one. does anyone know how to get into the car? prior to sliding a rod through the door and pressing the unlock button i tried going in through the trunk. My car doesnt have the folding rear seats. The alarm went off so im guessing the security mustve activated so now i cant unlock it by pressing the unlock button inside the car. Oh yea I eliminated the keyhole on the driver door of the car so thats out of the question. PLEASE HELP ME! im about to break one of my windows if i cant get in.
Can you call BMW Assist? Phone # in the US is 1-888-333-6118

Call BMW and get BMW Assist (SOS) to unlock it if you have it activated. You just have to provide I think your Vin #, License plate # and of course your name etc...
Good luck!

No, it should be in ones wallet or at home.
No, for someone who lost both regular keys in a drunken evening, its in the glovebox.

I wasn't aware that George Bush drove a BMW.

Eliminated the keyhole? Are you still drunk?

Looks like your options are a BMW dealer, a locksmith or a brick.

I'm a little biased towards using a steel pipe vs. a brick....

Stop! Do not break your window. BMW Assist can unlock your car remotely. The phone numbers that I have for them are 888-333-6118 or 800-332-4269.

Yeah! didn't anyone watch the last Die Hard movie? You bust the window open of a really nice BMW, then you call bmw assist and tell them you have been in an accident, and that you can move but you need the car started. That worked in Live Free or Die Hard the last one out. Great way to "borrow" a car.

Yes I do have a key but as I stated the car does NOT have the driver door keyhole. Tried goin in through the trunk but it doesnt have split folding seats. unlock button wont unlock and prying the door handle open from the inside isnt working either. Oh yea I DONT have BMW assist. Shouldve kept the service passed the free trial. Where in the glove box would this spare key be?
