Loss of Power - No errors recorded on the Management Unit
one end to the intake manifold and the other smaller hose goes to the engine cover area. there's air that comes out of there, including some oil which is why you see it, which cycles back into the engine. really for smog issues because an engine needs to be closed with only air coming in from the intake and out from the exhaust.

Thanks. Daylight is fading fast, So I'll put it all back together in the morning. No car for tonight then.
Anything else worth cleaning to improve performance / economy whilst I've got a few bits undone ?:

I'd clean up the oil if you haven't already done so.

I sprayed the Cleaning solution through the centre grill of the MAF from the air intake side.
Is that correct. I don't have to spray further up where the wires lead out to the MAF connector do I ?

Ok.
Put everything back together this morning, but I don't notice any real improvements.
Does it take the system a bit of time to re-adjust to the "cleaned" MAF or should the results be instant ?
Thanks
Ash.

Update :
Took it for a spin earlier and it did not seem to have improved much. Took it for another spin and she is running alot better, almost to her old self.
I think the Air filter could do with changing, So I might do that next.
