I currently have a 1995 530i 5-speed and a 1996 328ic 5-speed. I am looking at 2006 and 2007 5-Series to update my collection. Are there any issues I should be aware of with 2006-2007 E60s?

I have had no issues per se. I did have the dealer update the progman version last fall.
