My Ride: bmw 525i M54 e60
long crank start
Hi;
I have a BMW e60 525i 2004, engine m54 2.5litr petrol
in cold temp and engine cold. start normal
after work engine, stop and start again, start normal
after stop engine and wait more 30 min, very very long crank start and black smoke out from exhaust, after 10 secund, engine work normal.
after engine start, start normally.
my DME error is :
00281D DME: BSD generator: signal
0028BA DME: Inlet camshaft: stiff
00283F DME: Oil-pressure switch: signal implausible
00CD97 Message (torque request, active steering, 0xB1) faulty, receiver DME, transmitter Active Steering
00299B DME: Intelligent battery sensor, communication
I change, Crankshaft sensor, intent camshaft sensor. after change this sensor, but error "DME: Inlet camshaft: stiff" still exist.
I test Injectors and all is OK, test VANOS Intake Solenoid with voltage and its OK.
I decide this day to change oil pressor sensor, and test it,But I do not think it's related
Can anyone help me?
