I know that most times when ever the subject of Logic 7 came up I gave it high marks but now that I have something to compare it to,its Horrible and I take it all back. We picked up my wifes MY 2006 X3 last week and set up the Premium Sound System and IMO its Fantastic. You have many more settings to make it sound that way. I wish I could put it in my 530i.

I don't think so There is a very big difference in comparing the two sounds. I had the both vehicles side by side listening to them .

I am glad you like her sound system so well. I assume it has, like the L7, an equalizer--which allows for infinitely many settings. So, except for more built-in settings, does her system sound better than, say, an L7 in a 5-Series? Perhaps what you are liking is better hardware--e.g., speakers and amp.

The Logic 7 in my 2006 325i sounds better than the Logic 7 in my 2005 545i.
Can't explain it.... but it's true.
