With any new stereo system, for some reason I give a great deal of consideration to the FIRST song I ever play on it. Somehow, this cements my impression of the system for all eternity. For example, countless stereos in the mid 80s were test driven with Dire Straits ?Brother?s in Arms?, one of the first fully DDD compact disks recorded. Phenominal sound fidelity for its time. With my current A4, the inagural drive with the BOSE was "Who are you" by The Who.
When my new ride shows up at the end of September, what should be my inaugural anthem?

This is a fun topic. How about Meatloaf's "Paradise by the Dashboard Lights?"

I LOVE to listen to the Blue Man Group.
BMG's CD Audio is a great experience on L7, but The Complex Live sounds great too.

That's a great idea. B Man's rendition of "I Feel Love." Somehow he need's to reproduce the light show that goes with it. Have you watched the Video of "The Complex?" It is very good.

Yeah, Blueman Group on DVD-Audio is killer too. I love it on my home system.
In general, L7 is going to do the best with live stuff - Jazz is great if you like it. Classical will sound good too. Other than that, any live rock concert - smaller venues would be best, are going to sound best on L7.
I personally don't feel that the addition of L7 in the car especially helps create a proper multichannel experience, but the L7 system does sound very very good. So really, anything is just fine. Search the forums for some settings suggestions, or just dial it in by ear to your tastes.
