Locking/Unlocking Rattling!!

My Ride: 2005 545i, Black on Black, sport package, dynamic package, performance package...
Anyone had this annoying problem:
When locking or unlocking the car with the remote, there is a a rattling sound that comes from underneath the car after the alarm beeps. It usually happens every 2-3 times, but not consistently and is very annoying!
Also, when the key is put into the steering wheel columns to start the car, as the steering wheel moves down into it's programmed position, another rattling type of noise occures. If anyone has had this problem, what is it and how was it fixed? I haven't contacted BMW yet.

I have the same experience. For some reason, I thought it is normal.

Same here. it sometimes happens in mine. every 5 times? I don't know if there's something wrong with it yet..
