Sirius

If I had known how bad it sounds, I never would have ordered it.

Active seats and rear sunblinds ( although I didnt order them , the previous owner did).

bruce : if you dont like HBA its no big deal , the option is less than ?100.However if youve paid ?1000k for active seats, you better use em!

Ditto that, sorta. I think the sound is good, but my reception consistently sucks.

Wish I had the power rear shade.

I'm from Boston. I don't have small children. I ordered the sun blinds on my 04 545. I never used them once.

Talking

When I ordered my Acura-MDX I had so many options/accessories that I rarely used and I took some of them off. This sort of experience I used for my 528xi and very cautious. I have the options that I needed absolutely and used everyday and love them ( with exceptins) PDC, ACC, CA, Xenons, I-pod, (rear air bags-I hope they never be ,,,,).(Navigation as needed),Premium- Sport-(Cold weather in winter) pkgs,Mud flaps, coat hanger, trunk tray, wheel locks,All wether floor matts will get Johnson ceramic tint in a week. I don't think I miss anything.

I know of this thread, but the current one is more a "What was I thinking that made me order this" type of thread. Options that are really no use and you feel stupid to have paid money for something you never use.

Sirius does have poor sound quality. I have heard XM in other cars, it suffers the same poor sound quality. But I listen to sports and talk radio stations, so the sound quality does not really come into play. I not a big music guy, but the music channels do sound horrible.
