Default Lights on dashboard Ive never heard of

As soon as I shut off my car I get this little picture popping up of a car and it seems to be on a lift? Any idea what that may say/mean?

It usually means service is due. Go into Idrive and see what is listed.

That usually pops up if you are due for service or your battery is low.

A raised car means you are due an inspection. If your battery was low you would get a picture of a battery.
