I have the leatherette. It looks nice and very close to leather. But I needed something durable as this is our family car. Its depends on what you'll use your car for... if its something just for you and you baby it, get the leather. It you know you'll be doing "things" with your car, save your money. You'll be pissed the first time you accidently rip or scrap the leather. Have it in my MB, but I will never do it again. Good luck.

A 50 to 60k Bimmer with pvc seat covers is like buying an Armani suit and wearing it with Pay-Less shoes. What's the point? Or an 18 karat Rolex with a Chinese quartz movement. Or Halle Barry in parachute pants...get my drift?

I constantly have to worry about kids in my backseat ruining my leather. I would get leatherette if I had young children.
