Precisely.... my wife, a criminal defense attorney in the state of MD, thinks that the limo tint just makes the police suspicious of illegal activity and that it gives them a reason to pull you over!

That's why it's called LIMO TINT ( 5% light emittance ). If it's not on a limo you will def get pulled over. Personally, at night you can't see out of it so why put it on to begin with. Safety is a big issue. But if you like it that dark then just be prepared in getting harassed every time you drive.
