LEDs in headlights

I have a 520d 2006 I have the 5 little LEDs on the sides of the headlights I have noticed other e60s same age light up orange when there lights are on but mine don't is there a setting or do I have a problem???

My Ride: 2006 525XI, Jet black on Dakota beige. Premium and winter packages. I consider myself a purist and intend to keep my car absolutely stock and shiny.
2008 328I Convertible, Sapphire black on beige interior. Premium package, NAV, iPod adapter.
Retired: 2002 325I, Titanium silver on black leather. Premium package. Absolutely stock and proud of it.
If the dealer wants to charge you, you may want to insist that they don't charge you since this a feature that should have worked to begin with.

They are 6 LEDS under there actually and If its not on, you have to go to the dealer to have them program to turn it on. That happens to people out here too. Its a software issue.
LCI = 6 LEDs

Actually, pre LCI had 6 Superflux LEDS.
LCI has 6 SMD LEDS and one large SMD LED, so 7 total.
