leather arm rest from LCI on pre-LCI e60?

I was at the dealer today and noticed that the LCI 2009 E60's have leather arm rests. The car I saw had a grey interior and the color looked identical to my 06 525i. The shape of the arm rest components also looked indentical. Does anyone know if it is possible to simply replace my plastic arm rests with LCI leather arm rests? Ive done several searches and have not found any information about this. Thanks
