I forgot to mention - there may be a schrader valve that you can use to bleed out the pressure and fuel. Just connect a fuel pressure gauge or something that has a bleed line going to a catch can to the valve. I won't completely eliminate fuel spillage but would definitely help.

Thanks for all the feedback. I got the part today $150 all in, unbelievable for a small piece of metal. Anyway, I am going to put it in tomorrow, I'll let you all know how it goes.
