I have a 09 528i LCI with halogen lights.I see much data on converting pre-lci halogen to lci xenon, but I can't find any information on converting LCI halogen to LCI xenon. Has anyone done this modification? What is the cost since I will need to buy xenon headlights? Since I have an lci model, will the dealer still need to reprogram? As you can see I am trying to upgrade the yellowish headlights! I'm not just looking to throw in some 5000k bulbs or HID's. I also want the BA9s halo bulbs to match. (which is the real issue here;there is just no upgrade for the halogen halo)I know. I tried several bulbs over the past year! Some of you know what I mean! It's not a matter of if buy when! I dislike yellow lights! White is brighter and you see much better.

Thanks! Super nice job by MORI3L. That is a great write-up! It's a little more than plug & play than I figured.I thought new lights, new retrofit cable and reprogram would do it. At some point I will change over. I'll rather go this way than cut my headlight open. I will probably contact MORI3L later on. Thanks again for the help!
