Seems to be US DOT requirement as all late model cars for the past few years use red blinker...
To get Euro-spec tail lights you can find them mail order places try Google like RoverActive among others.

I dont suppose a kit to fit LCI headlights with projectors is to follow? I wanted to retrofit xenons to my 05' 523i but the retrofit kit isnt available and even if I purchase all the parts
separately the dealers have told me the soft ware package is not available. So projectors and HID kit seems my only option.
I have no technical skills whatsoever so have to rely on local specialists to do any work and they too tell me my car can't be re programmed, so a solution to this may well make you even richer!

Lets get the tail-lights kits to the market first. Next week once I've spoken to the manufacturer I'll start a Group Buy to gauge the interest levels. The mounting hardware has not yet been designed because we were still undecided as to how best to get this mounted on to the car with the least amount of effort both for installation and manufacture.

my apologies,, I'm new and impatient, you know the score. It does give me a hint of confidence knowing this has crossed your mind though, having
worked your magic with the tail lights. I'll just shut up and wait, regards, Jules!

Just received a mail from the people making this kit for me. They aim to deliver the first batch to me this weekend. The mounting brackets are taking a bit longer to work out because they are on the south coast of England and I've not been able to drive to them to get this measured up.
