I don't wish to make this too serious, but since we're on the topic.
A ricer flyby by my understanding is speeding past someone at a high rate of speed after they are already ahead of you and stopped accelerating.
I understand that you were slowing down the 2nd time around, but it's the same thing in my book. But what do I know, maybe I am "misunderstanding" things.
Oh and it isn't a kill if you wish to get specific about things. Fly by a slower moving car at a 100+ and it doesn't matter if you're driving a M5, it will prove difficult to catch up. A "kill" denotes somewhat of an even start, with one car clearly pulling ahead. That doesn't look to be the case here.

just to clarify....when i passed him, he had already downshifted and was had NOT stopped accelerating.
lastly, it was far off from an even start....i gave him 5 car lengths!

Well, if the other car was still accelerating, then sure, it's a kill. If you erased a 5 car length gap and still kept pulling, that seems like a slow EVO. These cars do lose steam over 100mph, but it's still hard to pull on a car after they have a lead like that.

he's got his right to his opinion. but i'd suggest he choose his words more wisely going forward, regardless of who he was directing that comment towards.

I had an Evo 6 a few years ago. Decatted, aftermarket exhaust, atmospheric dump valve, used to spit flames on the overrun fairly regularly, especially on trackdays (so I was told by people following me). Combination of hot turbo/exhaust and overfuelling when the dump valve opens. Didn't need an extra spark plug
.
Great car - superb handling. 17mpg (UK) on super-unleaded tho

My buddy has a 911 turbo with a very radical exhuast. He shoots flames constantly. I have some pics I'll try to find. I've seen quite large flames come out the back of his car many times. Definitely a cool thing to see and hear.

I had a 97 Eclipse GSX with a lot of work done to it. One I had my turbo upgrade, fuel system upgarde, stand alone EFI PMS and full 3" Exhaust and down pipe minus the cat, it wasn't uncomon for my car tp shoot a flow, especially on a downshift when blipping the throttle. It is casued by the car running rich. What you are seeing is the ignition of raw fuel.
