Well, I know its hot here in Michigan but I thought I'd get a jump on the winter set-up knowing availability at tirerack would be good in August. I got my car a bit late last year and the Dunlops were in short supply. I was OK since I suffered through the winter in my wifes SUV. She did not like me using her car (and the the feeling is mutual 
).
I did a search on all of last years discussion around the topic and chose the following for my 545i sport pkg.

I guess it make sense to have the same wheel width all around: you don't want fat boys in the back plowing through the snow.
When you put them on this Fall let us know if you notice any difference in handling or ride ... even before the snow falls. Thanks.
