jack pad - correct part?

I posted in the parts forum but I know I hardly ever read that...can anybody help me??

Is this the jack plate you need to lift up the e60? I have been searching multiple forums and found nothing....

Looks like the first onet will work, but you'll need to get the dimensions to be sure. I always thought the adaptor went into the pad? I also heard Griot's Garage has them
