Can someone tell me if your car does this....when the car is off and I fold down the passenger side sunvisor the ceiling light above the visor turns on, what seems strange is that when I fold down the drivers side visor it does not turn unless the car is running. I noticed this when I walked outside to get something from my car after it had gotten dark, earlier in the day I put one of those silver sun shades in the front windshield to keep the sun out, I folded down the two sunvisors to keep it in place. When it had gotten dark I went out and unlocked the car and noticed the light was on over the passenger side sunvisor but not the driver side.

Can someone check this for me?? With your car turned off, go out and flip down the passenger side sunvisor and then flip down the driver side visor, do the lights turn on over the visors?? I'm not talking about the light that turns on when you slide open the mirror, I'm referring to the small light on the roof above the visor. Please let me know your findings, thanks.

i went to check for you. those lights you're referring to only turn on as you slide open the mirror, both sides, with the car off. with mirrors closed, car still off, and only flipping down the sun visors on both sides, the light stays off.

That solves my problem, I hadn't noticed that the mirror was slid open on the passenger side visor, duhhh..... that's why the light was staying on above the visor. Thanks
