I was checking under my hood today and noticed what appeared to be a ground wire disconnected. I just looked up the part number and it is an interference-suppression band. Only one of the two sides is connected. Had some work done recently and I bet the dealership forgot to re-attach. Anyway, anyone know what this band is for and if any damage can occur if not connected? I will get it to the dealer to re-attach but I'm having some other issues right now so wondering if they could be related. Thanks.
