Does anyone know the location of the 4x O2 sensors in the OEM 530i exhaust system?
Are they inside the OEM manifolds or inside the cats?

Cheers!

the BMW o2 sensor. also known as the Regulating Lambda Probe and the Lambda Monitor Sensor.
this information corresponds to the following vehicle:

5' E60 \ Saloon, 530i (M54), USA, Left Hand Drive, Neutral \ Groups \ Exhaust system \ Lambda probe fixings

judging by your "cheers" you are from the UK, however, i think the exhuast system will be the same.

Ahh nice!
Thanks for that. Guess the headers I ordered should be compatible. Has anyone done their header mods?
Gains of about 15% on HP and Torque can be expected if combined with a ECU flash.

Plus with a good exhaust, your E60 will sound like a M3CSL!
