Default Injector leak back test done

Hi all.

Just did a leak back test on my 530d (2007, 125 000km). The car has poor city economy and bad diesel smell.

5 mins idle, performed twice. Measurements are in milliliters.

Cyl, Run 1, Run 2
1 20 20
2 16 17
3 53 62
4 27 29
5 26 28
6 11 11

Cylinder 3 is clearly returning more so this may be suspect - but what about cylinder 6 with 11ml?

Is there such a thing as too little?

Any advice - I want to make a parts order ASAP.

Cheers

I think that cyl 6 is compensating for cyl 3, try to change the cyl 3 injector, register it in your car and see if cyl 6 is having more "normal" behaviour.
