ah nothing just too frustrated that all my friends in us are buying m5s when i bought a 530d in india for m5 price :'( .

I hate those dammn politicians there....

Don't feel bad, here in California some dealers are asking for $25K premium.

You think you got the problem?Here in indonesia i payed almost 3 times the US MRSP.I think this should make you feel better

You're not alone,dude....here in malaysia I have to pay 300% tax to get my 530d. RM 453k.....how's that...?

shared yr frustration..
M5 in singapore here cost USD240K.. how about that? and a 530i costs USD140k...

then again if M5 costs the same in the US here... there will be no fun driving coz anywhere we go it is 10mph bumper to bumper.

i paid more for my 530d in Holland then an m5 with the same options in US :'(

What about buying an m5 in the US, debadge to a 525i, and ship it to your country of choice. Sort of the reverse of bootlegged purses, shoes, etc. I'm in the US, anyone want to cut a deal? I'll have to drive a few hundred miles for it to be considered used.

If you think the Indian price is bad....Singapore is even more expensive...my parents drive slower cars than I do (mom's new E260 cost 200K SGD...about 110-120K USD)had I gone to college there I would probably be taking the bus to school
