Wink

It's official. I am in love all over again....with my E60.

Today I put my summer wheels and tires back on, putting my winter set away until next November.

The car feels so much more nimble, grippy and connected to the road with the summers on. And looking at the 172s ain't half bad either.

Can't wait to return to the twisties. I have to set up a twisties driving meet soon.

Way to go! It's definitely time to lose the winter shoes here in NYC.

Nice! I love the feeling of summer wheels. It's like new wheels all over again.

The responsiveness and grip is just so much greater.

Congrats man. I also love the feeling of throwing the winter wheels in storage and putting on the nice shoes!

128s wrapped in Falkens are a nice summer setup.

Funny that, like me, you use 123s as your winter wheels.

Thanks for the compliment.

123s are very plain Jane. While not an ugly wheel, they just don't much for me. Nevertheless, I still like them somewhat, especially for winter setup. Definitely better than the 138s!

Yes 123s seem like strong wheels. Mine held up well on our horrible winter roads.

I'll be feeling the switch for the first time.
Purchased my 550 in September and promptly threw on Blizzaks once I experienced an inch of snow
Just ordered a set of extreme summers; Dunlop Direzza Z1 Star Specs. Once i break em' in considering trying them out on a track.

I need to check with my insurance agent
Wondering how that conversation will go over.
Anyone have any track experience with a 550?
