Per my other recent thread, we were on our way to the Infiniti dealer for one last drive before we lease one.... stopped at BMW just to make sure I was doing the right thing.

Let me tell you, I like the M35 or M45. Nice car. well rounded, fast, handles decent and generally problem free. But when I drove my first 535i today, I just crumbled. I realized right then and there there is no match for this car from the Infiniti line up. close, yes, but as other say - no cigar.

Got me an invoice deal, $1700 +/- under invoice with Premium Option credit. $72,4xx sticker. Freaking thing is loaded, just like my old 550 and I feel home again. truly. the handling is just $%@#* phenomenal.

Carbon Black with Natural Brown. nice combo. see new signature for the details.

Thanks all, really glad to be back to the forum...
Surprised you've got premium option credit on 550. Have they just sold the car for $1,700 below invoice?

Ya. thats really good.. I wonder if its because the cars a V8 and no one wants to buy a V8 now with the gas pricing... with the hefty discount I think its the best time to get a Hummer

there is a premium pkg credit. I thinks it's $1705 for the 550i. A little more for the 535i. I think the pkg is cheaper on the 550i, that's why. dead cost deal, all in. only thing that appears to have been marked up was the bank acq. fee which they did at $825. I figured they earned it... LOL.

EBMCS03 - I tried, but my wife didn't care much about the discount, so she passed on a Hummer!

Speaking of hummer, I saw a ad for someone trying to dump a 06 H2 for 14k.
