Is it me, or an uneven floor? I check floor and it seems pretty level; but my car seems to be listing ever so slightly to the right. Something to do with suspension? Thanks in advance!

People have asked about this before. I believe the driver's side of the car is an inch taller than the passenger side, which is probably what you're noticing.

Ya the drivers side is a little taller than the passenger... we've discussed this before and I've seen the same thing discussed in other forums... E90 and Lexus... Drivers side wheel gap is a little more than passengers... Conclusion... normal... *shrugs*

Maybe because they came to the conclusion that most of the cars are driven most of the time with only the driver in it? Then of course, our friends in the UK should confirm that their cars are leaning to the left
