Do you have NAV? 'cuz I don't and one of the Moderator here Iceman pointed out that NAV owner may have to go to the dealer, but another member the-oneil from Europe has NAV along w/ DRL selection... I'm not so sure...

Tha daytime running lights has an on/off selection switch in the lighting menu, under the 3 way flashing thingy, saw a pic of it here on the site. The lights are working but the control is not there. There has to be a time you can drive with just the angel's and fogs on right?........have to be.....right? Well, that's when I DON'T want the DAYTIME RUNNING lights on.

Yeah, I seem to remember reading that US cars with newer CIP's and no NAV have the DRL selection in iDrive. I think I remember Iceman saying that NAV Pro (CCC) cars don't have it even in Europe.

Wow... your like a rare case... anymore people out there in the states with DRL option in the iDrive? I somhow think they screwed up the install on your CIP and enabled it or gave you a European version. Or new CIPs getting them?
