Just recieved my 08 535xi after waiting 3 weeks longer then expected. I know you've all herd it more then too many times but... what a car. It rides like a dream and looks even better. I'll post some pics and such in the summer once I've added a few Dinan upgrades. Engine first exterior later. I love my BM

Stay classy San Diego

Congrats, too solid, yours is virtually the same as mine except I have dark poplar, not bamboo. Love to see your pix, anyway.

Have fun, as if you won't.......

Tnx tuco. I was looking at a previous thread and was thinking the same thing about 5 mins ago. The cars are almost identical. Amazing choice on your ride btw lol. I'm loving mine so much, what an amazing car. I am going to wait untill the nice weather to post some pics. Screw all this snow  lol

Wow - what a great feeling it is to have a new car...too bad about the snow - that's a bummer when all you want to do is drive it!! I may have to garage mine for a while as it's getting real cold here in SoCal...all the way down to 60 degrees today

Seriously, enjoy your ride and do tell what DINAN mods you have planned? I'm just about to pull the trigger on the software package and installing a short-shift linkage kit.

Another awesome mod is (yes, I'm standing in for C's Bimmer here) the Sprint Booster!! It doesn't add hp - but negates the factory programmed throttle hesitation/lag. Best $250.00 I've spent on a mod in a while I really do...ahem "love" my BMW too...it's my first of many!! I especially like the balance of handling/ride comfort...it's perfect. Runs like it's on rails, yet still comfortable and "buttoned down" feeling...BMW just gets it BIG TIME!!

C - I want my comission
