I love my 545i!!

I have had my 545i for about three weeks and I'm in love!! The 545i is definitely the Ultimate Driving Machine. The car is so responsive and is fun to drive. I look forward to driving to work in the morning now. The only problem I have is I don't enjoy driving any other car now. I own a 2003 Lexus sc430. The car is beautiful inside and was great to drive until three weeks ago. The engine is limp!!!! The acceleration and handling are very inferior to the 545i. So I did what every loyal bimmer owner would do. I drove to my BMW dealer with my fiance and test drove an M3 convertible. I'm placing my order tomorrow for an Imola red, black interior with Nav, lumbar, cold weather, 6-speed, Harmon-kardon, satellite for probably early June delivery. I'm getting 3% off list because its my second car within a month. Thanks for all the great reading!!

My Ride: 2007 Titanium Gray 550i, with sport, nav, HUD, Logic7, sat radio, cold weather, rear side airbags, rear seat heaters, and it goes like a bat outta hell!

My Ride: 2004 545i - 6 speed manual (July 04 build), silver-grey/black, sports package std equipment (18", active roll, active steering, adaptive headlights), premium sound, bluetooth enabled, folding rear seat, lumbar, 3m hood/bumper protective film, rear tint, euro reflectors.
Congrats on your 545 - I know the feeling.
I think you should push them for 4% off! Or, push for 5% and settle for 4%.
BTW, what kind of discount did the give you on your 545i?

[/quote]ask for 3K I got 3K... could have done better I think at another dealer but my car was already ordered and was there and i didnt want to wait another 3 months for $500 so I settled... Thank goodness for BMWCCA

I got $2500 off list.
Me too - I thought that was a pretty decent deal on a 545 as they don't deal as much, or so I am told.
I had another dealer (after-the-fact) that state they go 4% above invoice.
