BUMMER !!

I'd get your car on a lift to examine everywhere and anywhere ... the plastic shields under car aren't up to protecting underbody parts, wire, etc. I guess you were lucky not to incur any bodywork damage but check the mechanical and electrical stuff under there!

UPDATE: Sorry for the late update. I had the car on lift this past Saturday and the only thing major was the oil pan. Unfortunately, the rock took a small chunk of metal with it along with the underbody cover. It was right next to the drain plug, but I was surprised that there was no leak at all. The thing that was hanging from underneath was part of the underbody carriage cover, which was not a big deal.
