After trying NCS expert and finding it won't work with the ross tech hex-USB-Can lead I went to visit Blood today. My car now has BMW online installed and working . Thanks alot I really appreciate the time you took to activate it for me.

For info I found on the way home I couldn't make any calls and although I had the full phone book calls were unavailable. Once I re-paired the phone all is well and I can even make calls while in BMW online. A couple of times i tried online it came back that I need to register then the next time it would work fine. Im guessing once the car has slept and rebooted all will be ok.

Thanks again and anyone who visits Blood will be in safe hands, he certainly knows his stuff.
