I got one and never thought it would work.... it does. I have a black car and it gets me a few extra days between washing it and doesn't seem to add to the swirls already present from the PO.

I commute on a strech of country highway to work everyday, and I am constantly bombarded with bug bombs. Ive actually watched them explode as they hit my windhshield(my son loves that) and it make the grossest sound. But a quick high pressure rinse off and duster seems to be the best deterrent from having our black beauties riding around looking like a yellow bug trap.

Ill never own another black vehicle again. My 2 Chevy's are white and my BMW is space gray.
I wouldn't use the Cal duster. It actually left a lot of swirl marks on my black truck. Never again. I now use mag's quick detailer with a microfiber towel to keep my cars clean between washes. Works like a charm.

I would never wipe down a dry car...unless it's just been washed and dried and I'm trying to remove any lint...with a California Duster, t-shirt, or the like. But if it's been out on the road...never...I think that's just asking for scratches.
