I've got 17.1 and noticed for the first time that the airconditioning does not always go on at startup, even though I left it on when I shut the car off. My four little headlight dots are still on. I still do not have RDS though.

I don't have this AC problem. Is it linked with the key you are using to open the doors ? I think AC settings are stored in the key memory. Not sure. May be you have to save again your key memory settings after the upgrade.

- Bad :?

Amber LEDs are no longer working (as many of you since 16.1)

WHY ??? if they want to disable it .. then ??

I think many options including LED's must be enabled and disabled from iDrive menu ..

another thing >> is BMW palnning to continue updating CIP software ?? the problem is that we must be informed about critical updates that concern safety, bluetooth virues and other fix .... I hope they release

iDrivexp in near future ??? which have microsoft outlook features such as calendar, tasks and contacts

This screen looks pretty interesting! Where is it from?

Also, I'm having problems with Bluetooth pairing since the new CIP software. It does all kinds of wierd bad behavior. Does anyone else have new problems with Bluetooth?

My Ride: E61 525iA Build 2004/08. "Safirschwartz Metallic". Navi Pro, Adaptive Headlights, Bi-Xenon, Panorama Sunroof etc... CIP 18.00.01 (No noticed bug)
Default

I got my (4 hour) update today (my E61 is built 08/2004 and never got an update before...). Everything seems to work - even the amber lights I also have those items that can "disturb" the upgrade, such as; navi pro, radio pro etc...
