How big of a hit did you take on the trade of the 530? Interesting to see how the '04 530's hold up given the new engine in the latest 530.

My Ride: Now Driving a Freakin' Prius!
Was...
2004 545i | SMG | White/Black | Sport | NAV | Logic 7 | PDC | Fold-down Seats | Adaptive Headlights | Cold Weather Pkg | Clear-again Bra | Mud Flaps | Bluetooth | Coat Hangar | Aux Input | All Weather Mats | 18"X8.5" BBS RK w/ Michelin Pilot Alpin's (winter) | New steering rack @ 1.2K & 17K miles| Software V.19.1 | B&B Exhaust (vrrrroooooommm!) <---Click.
Well.... I could have had a V8!
Seriously, my old M3's were not a 3.
And I know that the 545 is not an "M". But really, there is no substitue for cubic inches.
I hate to say it, but it's like buying a Mustang and expecng a Cobra.
It just a'aint gonna happen unless you spend the $$.
There is far more difference than just the gas mileage.
My $0.02.
