I don't know what all the improvements are, but I do know that it fixed my window which would sometimes change its mind when going up.

My window was doing it all the time and now it has not done it once. The technician specifically told me that it is a software glitch that the update fixes. Do not ask me why software controls the window because it makes no sense to me. I just know that now everything is working correctly.
The controller that monitors window operation requires software to function. I suppose v13.2 addresses a flaw in that software.
