I'm new to the forum and this is my first post. I need help with a problem that occured this morning. The outside temperature was 37 degrees. The following happened after starting the car.
I-drive screen is blank. Icon on dashboard shows the following SOS with a diagonal line and a phone reciever to the right. Radio is not working either.

I had the same problem last week. I-drive knob also spun freely with no resistance. Shut off car and restarted, still had the problem. Next morning all was well and it has not done it since.

I did call the service dept where I purchased car and left a message with "advisor". Hopefully, all will be working fine tomorrow.

I called the service dept after I saw another "icon"on dashboard. This one was of a car on a lift. [I don't think advisor was able to make this appear.] The problem has been corrected at the service dept where I purchased car. Here is the description of the service: "Checked faults FC#A468 and A46D. Ran test plan said open circiut between CID and M-ASK. Performed batt reset everything came back up and the screen was blank when car was pulled in shop. Car has not actted up since batt reset. Work complete at this time coustomer will need ot return if problem persists."
