Well, I bought a new 2006 530xi - dark green - in Dec of 06 (you can see pics of it here in the website under the color choice section). Loved the car, but after a year and a half had to get rid of it for many complicated reasons. Been tooling around in a grand prix since then. My daughter just turned 16 and needs a car, so I decided to give the grand prix to her and get something all wheel drive for me. Started to look at SUV's and a stripped down chevy is $30K. So I was checking on line and the BMW dealership had a CPO 535xi so I took my wife to check it out, we drove it, and went home. I decided that I could get something a lot cheaper.

Now here is the good part. My wife saw the look on my face and when we got home called the dealer ang told the salesman we would take it.

I got a CPO 535xi with Premium, Sport, Nav, Cold Weather, Sat, and comfort access for $30K which also includes maintainence until 100K miles. Car now has about 50K on it. Only downside is the previous owner was a smoker.

I just have to say WOW. This thing is almost better than sex. Actually it is sometimes better than sex.

The 535 engine is awesome. The 530 was fast, the supercharged grand prix was quick, but this thing is stupid fast.

Now I spend my days surfing the web trying to figure out if I can add the dension gateway.

nope, no 6FL. Just a vent in the center console.

Wow ... no 6FL on the LCI... anyway yeah you can always add any additional input source just have to pay programming to enable it in the iDrive ... if the dealer feel OK w/ aftermarket product.
