Default Hunting down misfires

I know that there are 1000 different threads out there on misfires on the n54 but I've been hunting down this problem ever since I got the car. Now my issue is a get a misfire at around 3500 rpm but only under WOT load and typically in 3rd gear, here is what I've knocked out so far. first thing I did was install all new plugs (1 degree colder NGKs), didn't solve the problem, I then moved to coil pack and that seemed to solve the problem for about a week after putting all new eldor coils in. but still to no avail then I blew my HPFP and during the replacement I noticed that my valves were pretty caked with carbon buildup. my car has almost exactly 113000 and I bought it about 5 months ago with 110k so I'm not sure when the last carbon cleaning was done or if ever... after doing that I swapped around injectors with new seals and retainers and coded them correctly but no luck. here's the weird part my misfires change cylinders some times when it first started happening it was only on cyl 3 then moved to 4 and now it is 5 and 6 almost 100% of the time with the occasional appearance from 4. I am stage 2 plus mhd running e30 but the issue still persists when running stock on 93.
