Hum sound from Engine

My Ride: 2006 530i, Titanium Silver exterior, beige interior, premium package, automatic.
My 530i has about 200 miles on it. Last night I heard a faint, low frequency hum sound from
the engine, much like the boom sound you can heard from a far away subwoofer
It happens at near idle rpm, intermittent, and goes away when rpm increases.
Anybody else have similar experience?
