My HUD is positioned at the same point above the front of my car as in this picture that the ICEMAN took of his car.

I feel that I have to "look down" too much to see the speed (Nav directions are better because they are positioned above the speed), and yes, I have lowed my comfort seats to be a low as I feel comfortable with.

Does anyone else have the same issue/concern with the position of their HUD?

Has anyone gotten their HUD adjusted to show-up higher on their windshield/screen?

I dont have HUD, but I would think it's low by design. I mean, much higher and it may be a distraction? You guys with HUD would know better -- I know that.

The factory default is the lowest possible position, since not all drivers are tall.
However, your dealer can adjust the height.
Mine will get moved up when I bring the car in the next time.

I'm 6'2'' too.
I'm allways looking "down" so the dealer moves it up for me.

I have the same problem but I need it raised because I can't see it. I'm 5'8" but I like sitting low. In the position I feel confortable, the HUD is pretty much un-viewable so if i even want to use it, I have to sit higher. I called my dealer and they said that they were unable to do it. I will have to check again. Are they any possiblities to program it so that it shows the revs like the M5?

The revs and gears are available on the Emmy software only.
They can't program it for you.
But they can adjust the height of the HUD. They need to remove the CID. Behind it there is the HUD adjustment. They have a special tool for it.

You'll all just have to slum it like the rest of us and look at the speedo and I-drive screen.
