Tirerack sells metal rings for $3 each, but not on the website (you have to call the 800 number--they are always super nice). I called on a Tuesday, paid regular shipping of $3, and received them on a Wednesday.
You may also want polimer ones because I have been told the metal ones can corrode. Others say that the Aluminum will not corrode.
If this is for a 530i, the outside is usually 74 mm. For my replica #166 wheels, the inside was 72.56 mm.
There are a few other wheel speciality places that carry them, but most auto parts stores do not.
Hope this helps. On a side note, you should really gather more information on your wheels before you put the rings on. A misfit ring can be as bad as no ring (Vibration).
