How to Upgrade the dashboard monitor to work with TV function

My Ride: I have a Metallic Silver 2002 3 series 318 coupe E46 with alot of extras. I have just got a 5Series E60 525d which is Carbon Black Metallic, Black Sport Dakota Leather, Automatic Transmission, Alarm System, M Sports Package, Velour Floor Mats, Anti Dazzle Rear View Mirror, Park Distance Control, Cruise Control, Professional Navigation System, BMW Assist, Bluetooth Interface, 6 CD Changer, M Rear Spoiler, Individual Sun Protetion Glazing, sliding armrest, keyless entry, Mtech 18inch rims, Sports Suspension, Multifuntional Steering Wheel, Rain Sensor & Automatic driving lihts, Electric Seats, Run Flat tyres, Privacy Glass, etc.....
Does anyone know how to upgrade the entertainment system to have the use of the TV function? I have the Navigation System Professional.[size=7]

EMF, I don't ejoy your style of asking too much. Can you post normally, like everybody else?
Ask your dealer for a TV option retrofit. I can't be much if you already have navigation.
Where are you located? Your navigation is pro or business? If you're in US, most probably you have pro navigation. If you have pro, your screen is larger.
Have you tried to use search option on this forum?

sorry about the large font, I did'nt realise it would come so large. Yes I have Navigation System professional and im from MALTA (Europe)

If you have pro nav you allready have the bigger screen and the CCC, so all you need is a TV tuner from BMW, installation and coding.
