Hey Guys - I've been searching all over the net and mostly covered all the forums on a step by step guide to remove the back seat of a 2006 - 5 series E60. A lot has been discussed and answered but it was for only the E39 and E46 models which has a totally different configuration (they have two bolts each fasten on each side of the back rest). I have detached the bottom part which was easy enough but the back rest was a big headache just to remove it. Instead of the "two bolts" it has a to heavy spring like tabs attached on each side of the back seat. BTW - the center console which is the middle seat is the only one that can fold. All I need is an access to the trunk for additional wirings. Hope somebody can have the right solution. Thanks
