IMO, that's not enough leakage to get worried about. But do spin all the pulleys and make sure they're running smoothly and have no play. If you're planning on removing the drive belt, mark direction and inspect the v-groove side carefully for any cracking.
I'm a "while I'm in there" DIY guy, and tend to shotgun-replace wear items when I'm up to my elbows in a job like this. That way I'm not going back in to replace something that costs $25 and have to re-do the labour.
