How often do you change oil, trans and diff fluid?

Just wondering how often do you change your engine oil, transmission oil (manual gearbox) and differential oil?
I currently have 45k miles on my 08 535i.

I go:
10k on synthetic engine oil
80k on slush box fluid
100k on differential fluid
2 years on brake fluid
4-5 years on coolant (NOT BMW brand...do it more often if using BMW coolant).
100k on power steering fluid/filter.
You will get many different oppinions on change intervals. Take everyone's oppinion and make your own decision on what seems prudent to you.
