There's sooo many factors that go into this: location, previous claim history, multi-car discount, affiliation discount, auto-home coverage, driver's age and sex, coverage limits, year of vehicle, rural vs. urban, zip code, state of residence, etc. etc. It's hard to compare apples with apples on a board like this.

I understand that insurance companies are now even looking at credit history to determine coverage.

Yes, your FICO is another rating factor ... seems like the only thing they left out is whether you wear boxers or briefs .... or NONE

I think your rates go up if they find out you're wearing NONE

I paid 100$ for 13 months 3rd part
the reason of this fare is they typed 330i by mistake and I was happy for that and didn't told them retype the correct model

Damn, some of you really get raped for rates.

Mine is about $1400 a year with two cars under my policy. I believe this is with points on record as well

Oh, and I am with AAA. They've been tremendous amazing to me. Scratching my head, I think my other vehicle has exercised insurance three times: 1) me being an idiot and flew off a ramp 2) getting hit and run in college parking lot 3) getting rear ended a week after moving to Newport Beach, lol.
