How much is my E60 worth?

Hi guys
Starting the long process of looking for a new car. F10 MOST LIKELY. I have found a few, just wondering what I should expect to get for my E60. Its in good condition but has a few things.
2008 BMW 528i, 49k miles, premium package, cold weather package.
The rear bumper has cosmetic damage, 3 small dings from a license plate. Hood has a key mark, can buff it out but one part is through the metal. Quarter panel has a few scratches that can be buffed out. Interior is in GREAT condition. Car is CPO for another year.
I want to get 21k-22k from trade in. Reasonable?
What about private party? 25k?

i go to manheim auctions and i can say wholesale your car can get 16-18k wholesale, can retail for 21-22k with inhouse finance but if your looking to get cash fast 19-20k i believe is the right price for the car!

Thanks, that worked! I guess after I buff everything out, and judging from the auction prices, I would be able to get 20k from the dealer, maybe 21k if I am lucky lol. Sound right? 
I cant believe that one 528 was sold for almost 2k more because it had 40k miles when compared to the one that was sold on 4/12 that had 43k miles.
If not too much of a bother, can you get me prices on a 2011 528 and 2011 535 with about 10k-20k miles?
