Hi everyone,
This forum has been a great source of eduaction for me re: my new e60. The members here are really great. Thank you. My 2005 545i, Orient Blue/Auburn, sport pkg, L7, NAV and Sirius has been produced, but not shipped. The status number says 182. How much longer am I going to have to wait. It is very tough, as we all know. Anyone with insight here for me would be much appreciated. I live in South Florida. Thanks a lot !!

Don't remember all the detailed codes, but do a search in the FAQ section. I think the 182 means your car is at or on the way to the port for shipment. Depends on the timing of loading ships, but it could be at the exit port up to 7-10 days, just depends. Maybe another two weeks to reach Charleston, a couple of days in customs and at the VPC, then 2-3 days to get to your dealer. Mine took 7 days from landing till arrival at my dealer in New Orleans. All told, my somewhat educated guess would have behind the wheel in just under a month. Of course that can vary, just depends on lots of factors. By the way, that Orient Blue and Auburn combo is beautiful! Hang in there, it's getting closer.
